
1: All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
2: We will try to maintain the prices in our catalogues and our website but have the right to revise prices at any time without notice.
3: All deliveries dates are given in good faith and all efforts will be made to deliver at the time stated. Our company cannot be held liable to the customer for any consequences whether directly or indirectly of failing to deliver goods.
A signature will be required on delivery and without a signature the carriers will not leave the goods. Peach’s Party World will send an email to the customer confirming that your order has been despatched. If your order has not been delivered within 4 days of receiving confirmation of despatch (depending on delivery option selected) please contact us on 01403 780988. In the event that nobody is available to sign for a delivery the carriers will either leave a contact card for the customer to re-arrange a second delivery or will automatically attempt a re-delivery. If the carriers return the goods to us as a result of nobody being available to sign for a second delivery, the customer will incur a further charge delivery charge in respect of the goods having to be returned by the carriers to us. If goods are returned to us as a result of non signature the customer will be refunded the value of the goods less all delivery charges (to include the additional delivery charge in respect of the goods being returned to Peach’s Party World).
4: No claims against the company arising from allegedly damaged goods, faulty goods or shortages will be entertained unless we have it in writing from 7 days of receipt of goods.
5: Customers who have opened an account with us by prior arrangement will be strictly 30 days from the date appearing on the company invoice. If the invoice is not paid for in full on the due date the customer shall be obliged to pay interest thereon at 4% over the base lending rate of HSBC from due date until date of payment. All payments should be made free of deductions. Goods will remain the property of “Peach’s Party World” until paid for in full.
6: Sometimes the product specifications from the manufacturer may change, in which case we will do our best to offer you a substitute of the same or better quality at the same price. All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible. On the rare occasion that there is an error, we will advise you.
7: Damaged in Transit - Should there be any damage to the delivered goods, details must be noted on the delivery documentation and it will be your responsibility to inform us immediately, but not later than within 7 working days. It is imperative that you do not dispose of any of the packaging, as this will be required to affect your claim against the carrier. We will make a claim against the carrier and arrange for the damaged goods to be collected and replacements to be sent to you.
8: There will be a carriage charge on all orders under £250.00 excluding delivery and VAT. All delivery charges will be quoted on an individual basis depending on circumstances.

10: Cancellations/ Exchange / Refund
If you return Goods to us within 7 days from the purchase date of such Goods in perfect condition and, with the original packaging and original invoice/receipt, then we will give you a full refund. Due to personal hygiene there are no returns or exchanges on teeth, facial hair, tights, wigs and makeup (this does not affect faulty items )
However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us and we would recommend using a recorded delivery service.. These terms do not apply to seasonally branded products. Your statutory rights are not affected.
11: We currently only ship to the UK, Northern Ireland, Eire and the Channel Islands. Please contact us prior to ordering if you live outside of these areas.
